Employee Experience Manager

Background

We are growing and looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our company and support our global team from our Hod Hasharon office. The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful people person with excellent communication skills who can create and maintain a positive employee experience. 

What you will be doing​

  • Plan, execute and drive employee experience globally - on-boarding, employee engagement activities and programs.

  • Plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events end-to end (including company celebrations, holiday celebrations, fun days, happy hours, lectures, wellness activities, volunteer activities and more.

  • Manage individual working environment needs from Employee 1st day

  • Increase employee's engagement and sense of belongingness

  • Handle operational tasks for HR activities such as onboarding, new employees’ orientation, attendance reports, employee gifts, and scheduling interviews.

  • Manage the employee experience budget

  • Communicate initiatives within the company and strengthen employee engagement 

  • Manage all internal communication tools and platforms

  • Manage and execute the day-to-day administrative activity of the company to ensure smooth operations incl. office equipment, kitchen, parking etc. 

  • Coordinate travel abroad (flights, hotels, insurance, etc.) and company offsite events

  • Manage CEO’s schedule and calendar and expense reports
     

​Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in leading and executing all aspects of welfare/wellbeing activities in a start-up environment 

  • Significant and proven experience in planning, managing, and executing small and large-scale events with great attention to details.

  • Excellent interpersonal relationships and high service orientation

  • Proven ability to juggle across multiple priorities

  • Positive and energetic approach

  • Proficiency with Bob platform  - an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track the details as well as “see the big picture”.

  • Curiosity, innovative, out of the box thinking.

  • Independent person with a hands-on approach.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - in Hebrew and in English.
